From the careful selection of the grapes from Le Mesnil sur Oger and Verzenay, a champagne of great minerality and frankness is obtained, in addition the contribution of other grapes from Les Riceys, gives this champagne a greater aromatic richness: hints of strawberry and grapes thorn and citrus aromas. Princes Rosé is ideal as an aperitif and paired with lobster and salmon dishes. Gradation 12%

This Cuvée comes from a careful selection of Pinot Noir from the Reims Mountains, the best vintages of Pinot Meunier and the wonderful Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Little dosed, this Cuvée is characterized by delicate aromas and spicy notes. Perfect for an aperitif. Gradation 12%

Princes Blanc de Noirs is produced only from grapes from Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards of the Reims Mountains. This champagne reveals a rich and vinous bouquet with a great balance between aromaticity and freshness. In the mouth it recalls fresh red fruits and currants. It is ideal as an aperitif and to be enjoyed throughout the meal. Gradation 12%

Princes Blanc de Blancs is produced only from grapes from Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Trépail). This Champagne has powerful mineral notes and great aging potential. Its freshness and elegance are underlined by subtle aromas of white flowers and citrus. Princes Blanc de Blancs is ideal as an aperitif or on light appetizers and fish dishes. Gradation 12%
