RUM / RON From the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, in the heart of the capital of Haiti, comes the first Providence aged. The Cristalline sugar cane used for Providence rums comes from Michel Sajous, in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye, 150 kilometers to the north. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts, allowing the development of an aromatic complexity. The liquid obtained after fermentation is distilled in a bain-marie in a discontinuous copper still, built by Müller in collaboration with Vittorio Capovilla. This Providence includes the first aged barrels, numbers 3 to 27, all ex-Caroni. Alcohol content 52%

RUM / RON An old rum from a legendary and now closed distillery in Trinidad, only slightly tamed by a 70 month finish in ex-whisky casks matured in sherry. The tannic intensity is enriched by a further level of richness, but remains extreme. On the nose we find powerful esters, bergamot, cola, but also the aromatic notes of anise and liquorice, and obviously the inevitable dark and deeply woody character. The influence of the finish is more evident on the palate: it starts succulent, rich, almost velvety, with a character of sultanas and orange marmalade. It begins to grow relentlessly towards the typical notes of liquorice root and gentian, black coffee and cloves, and towards a very warm and tannic finish. Enormously complex and with a long evolution in the glass. Gradation 59%

To celebrate Elephant Gin's 10th year, its founders Robin and Tessa Gerlach took inspiration from their adventures in Africa. Handcrafted in Germany, with copper stills in small batches of around 600 bottles, it is distilled using rare African ingredients together with fresh apples which give a characteristic profile to the flavor of the gin. A malt with a powerful impact, it opens with a strong umami then cut by acidity and sweetness. Finished in a combination of ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whiskey and ex-Pinot Noir bottles Mortlach is famous for its sweet yet strong flavour, an extremely rare characteristic among Speyside malts. Starting from this contrasting umami note, our Malt Master drew inspiration from the typical flavors of Japan, finishing part of this incredible release in ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whiskey barrels. To balance its sweetness, ex-pinot noir barrels were used to refine the remaining part of the whisky, in a combination of extreme precision. A strong golden smell, which initially introduces sweetness, releasing aromas of melon and pear. On the palate, pungent and savory spices alternate with a sparkling sweetness. At the Roseisle Distillery, producing whiskey is a masterpiece of simple elements to create a stunning single malt that is born with deep flavours. Notes of sweet vanilla sail through this new expression, growing deeply, lustfully into notes of candied fruit. Enveloping, with some peaks, the aroma is soft. Rich at the beginning, with vanilla, complex and structured notes, growing, then leaving room for candied fruit and white chocolate. A wonderful bouquet of newly bloomed flowers, rich and intense like a delicate symphony. Matured in American & European oak barrels refill Light brushstrokes that draw the flowers in their entirety, from the heather to the fruits that fall on these rich lands as they ripen, during the reign of a great dynasty, creating an intense bouquet. Our Malt Master was inspired by the fine porcelain of China's most important royal families, to create the bottle that holds the longest-lasting expression of the Glenkinchie distillery. Time is the key to the creation of these precious vessels, as it is also for the twenty-seven years of aging, where this single malt reaches regal and lush notes of fresh flowers. On the nose we have fruity perceptions that lead us with the mind to an apple orchard, where we soon approach notes of almond and vanilla, and return at the end to a floral aroma that makes its way through impressions of field grass. A pleasant and velvety texture, its opulence is delicate on the palate and develops with a dry finish, bringing back memories of oak and spicy notes. Gradation 58.3%

Exploring the harmony between grace and power, our Malt Master pays homage to the Portuguese origins of these impressive caravels, with a refinement of this supreme maritime whiskey in a combination of different barrels, Ruby, White and Tawny port. This unusual combination brings a surprising harmony to our tumultuous Talisker. Clear maritime notes bring hints of oyster shell, salt and sand on a spicy and peaty base. Through them then comes the full, sweet part of white grapes, ripe fruit and tannin. In the mouth these characteristics emerge as if they were one, a creamy, sweet and fruity flavour, with waves of smoke and spices that accompany us towards the long finish of the whisky. A heated bustle of flavors pulsates with hints of tropical fruit and exotic sea breeze. Finished in Caribbean Pot Still Rum casks Inspired by the vibrant mix of rhythms at the beating heart of calypso, our Malt Master sought to refine this vivid expression of Oban in casks that have previously held Caribbean Pot Still rum. The vibrant combination evokes unexpected notes of mango and sugar cane, which build on Oban itself a perfect fusion with whiskey. A golden touch announces the summer sun while a fresh sea breeze aroma, combined with citric notes and enriched with tropical fruit and spices, quickly takes us to images of carnival. On the palate, an oily texture is accompanied by a joyful, fruity sweetness and slightly salty that dances on the tongue, finishing with a strong spicy beat. Gradation 58%
