Lesley Gracie, creator of Hendrick's, was inspired by the unique and mysterious qualities that can be found in flowers. It is a Swiss gin created by Oliver Ullrich and Ralph Villager, made with a selection of 18 botanists. Plants are not all distilled together, but gradually mixed. Furthermore, Oliver Ullrich attaches great importance to regional plants. For example, use typical Swiss herbs such as hay, red clover, bergamot and verbena as well as a botanical blend of juniper berries, bay leaves, citrus and cardamom.
