Description
James Burrough Ltd's current Master Distiller, Desmond Payne, has dedicated himself to the formulation of the Beefeater London Garden, a special edition gin that is the result of countless experiments on taste using Garden botanicals. The result is a distillate with characteristics similar to those of Beefeater London Dry, but with more herbaceous nuances of considerable aromatic thickness. On the nose non-aggressive ethereal notes, citrus scents of lemon and aromatic herbs (reminiscent of thyme) that evolve in the scent of juniper. The flavor is complex, with the freshness of verbena and at the same time soft with persistent citrus and spicy sensations.
