Psenner distills his own gin in a traditional plant with small stills: the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian roots, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a the basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while the macerate of juniper, coriander seeds, cranberries and rowan is placed in the boiler. To distill all these plants, pure wheat alcohol is used. The heart note of this Distilled Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and gives it an alcohol content of 43%. In this way, the ethereal charge and the full taste of this distillate are kept intact, especially excellent with tonic, classic or more aromatic water. Gradation 43%

This gin includes strawberry leaf, licorice root, damiana leaf, verviana herb, iris root, orange, dandelion, cardamom, angelica, vanilla, lemon and, of course, juniper. It also uses hops as one of the botanicals, which is very interesting! Gradation 49.6%

The Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Van Volxem finesse proves you can let your creativity run wild when it comes to the ingredients for gin. Of course, as always, selected spices, herbs and fruit are processed. This time, the other botanicals are joined by a Riesling distillate from one of the great vineyards of the Van Volxem winery on the Saar, the Goldberg, a selection of the highest quality. Gin brusco is a 100% Italian gin, created to pay homage to a wonderful land like Puglia. Brusco wants to represent one of the typical Apulian dishes but in liquid format, La Bruschetta. Gargano Dry Gin is a naturally produced Apulian artisan London dry gin, thanks to the use of botanicals that are mostly hand-picked in the Vico del Gargano area and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and aromatiere Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, laurel and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once once the recipe has been assembled with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation. The result will be a fresh and fragrant gin with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the botanicals combine to give it a strong and decisive character. Gradation 41%
