Whitley Neill's Gooseberry Gin is a delightful homage to a fond memory of Johnny Neill. Inspired by gooseberry from the English countryside ripened in the summer sun. A touch of sweetness on the palate, followed by a small hint of peppery spice. Alcohol 43%

Sloe Gin is a typical English liqueur with a lower alcohol content, it is infused with blackthorn berries which give the taste fruity and acidic notes. Based on juniper, it is wrapped in the precious essence of red fruits: blackthorn, pomegranate, black cherry, plum and yellow grapefruit. It has an intense red color with violet reflections, its particularity is given by a spicy finish with good persistence. Excellent drunk neat and in cocktails. Preserved in traditional oak barrels, under the watchful eyes of Windspiel's Master Distiller, the reserved gin develops its special taste. Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Reserve combines the flavors of juniper, coriander and lavender with a touch of wood, caramel and vanilla. The beautiful taste is complemented by a particularly delicate potato alcohol, obtained from potatoes grown in a rich volcanic soil. Packaged in a noble and high quality wooden case with a black velvet insert. Gradation 49.3%

A special edition that replicates the original Sharish recipe, replacing the Bravo de Esmolfe apple with the Rocha pear and adding bay leaf. This gin ages for 12 months in 650 liter barrels which were previously used to age Lourinhã wine brandy. For this reason, its color is slightly straw yellow and has a softness and complexity that challenge whiskey and wine spirits connoisseurs. Gradation 40%

Gin with an unmistakable flavour. Originally from Central Asia and sacred to the Hindu people, hemp is an annual cycle herbaceous plant whose height varies between 1.5 and 2 meters. An easily recognizable traditional juniper aroma, with a light note of vanilla, ginger and spicy cardamom. The persistent flavor of cannabis completes this gin with a pleasant and mystical character.
