To create the gin Ginger & Sicilian Lemon, 100% natural and quality ingredients are used. The lemons come directly from Sicily, perfectly ripe and are peeled by hand and infused with ginger and main botanicals. A fresh and characterful gin, Harahorn White Lemon is a gin with a citrus character, instead of juniper root and quince, which would be the classic way to do it, a bitter citrus fruit was chosen, the Pomerans. RUM / RON We've taken our classic Caribbean rum with its exotic spices and infused it with natural hemp, as you'd expect, there are distinct herbaceous base notes backed up by a hint of cola, roasted notes of coffee, hops and a pinch of pine.
