Description

Distilled with wheat alcohol, Lord Of Barbès owes its aromas to the composition of a blend of plants and spices such as juniper berries, dried mango, ginger, coriander, maniguette, nutmeg, angelica, cardamom and, finally, "Pain de Singes ", the baobab fruit, which monkeys love for its sour taste.

Every step of the production has been carried out in the best possible way since the development of the recipe where Lord Philippe, the maître de chai of the Bercloux distillery, a small artisan company in Cognac, took care of the production. A Stupfler copper still was used for the distillation, considered the Rolls Roice of stills.

For its production, very pure water was used from the source called Madone à Paris, located at a depth of 760 meters.

The bottle vaguely resumes the model of pharmacy bottles and the cobalt color of the glass was chosen to protect the contents from the influence of solar radiation.
