Bouquet: The nose is full and enveloping, with a strong vegetable part that blends with the sweet notes of pear and the freshness of citrus fruits
Taste: On the palate an explosion of flavors that begin to stand out starting from the sweet pear, followed by flavor which in turn is refreshed by the floral and citrusy part. Dry, structured finish with a subtle fresh raspberry
