Distilled in Pesaro (Italy) in 230L discontinuous copper and steel alembic with London Dry method, combining the infusion of botanicals in a hydroalcoholic solution with extraction in a current of steam, with a completely transparent and crystalline color, free of opalescence even at high dilution, perfume with a light intensity in which cocoa is recognized as the first note followed by citrus fruits. The flavor is pronounced and slightly sweet, although sugar-free, with a slight oiliness and an enveloping taste. You can perceive citrus aromas of Kaffir leaves followed by orange and a medium long and velvety finish of cocoa.
