Gargano Dry Gin is a naturally produced Apulian artisan London dry gin, thanks to the use of botanicals that are mostly hand-picked in the Vico del Gargano area and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and aromatiere Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, laurel and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once once the recipe has been assembled with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation. The result will be a fresh and fragrant gin with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the botanicals combine to give it a strong and decisive character. Gradation 41%

Sloe Gin is a typical English liqueur with a lower alcohol content, it is infused with blackthorn berries that give fruity and acidic notes to the taste. Based on juniper, it is wrapped in the precious essence of red fruits: blackthorn, pomegranate, black cherry, plum and yellow grapefruit. It has an intense red with violet reflections, its peculiarity is made by a spicy finish with good persistence. Excellent drunk neat and in cocktails. BOTANICALS: juniper berries, wild blackthorn, yellow grapefruit, pomegranate, black cherry, karkade ', cinnamon and cloves. Gradation 29%
