Description
The name is inspired by the old aphorism tuscan “ end up in a mess” , an expression that is informal to describe a complicated situation from which it is difficult to get out , a bit like the situation where the two young owners ,Enzo Brini and Fabio Mascaretti , you are found during the search of the primary components . The alcohol used is produced from the distillation of fermented grape must obtained from organic wheat grown in the valley of Mugello , while the 7 components of botanical aromatic herbs including juniper , rose hips and helichrysum , also known as “wild nature “ , are collected in the Maremma , Val D'orcia , in the province of Siena and Grosseto , passing through the Chianti area .The Maze can be defined as representative of the identity of its territory , the distillation is done in Barbarino Val Elsa , in the heart of the tuscany region . The master distiller is joined by Enzo Brini , winemaker and shareholder of the company, the newly formed Levant Spirits .
