The base is made up of white marc Chardonnay, Prosecco, Sauvignon and red marc Merlot and Cabernet. During the fermentation phase, the marc is added to an ideal percentage of fresh tendrils, symbol of the energy of the vine, which has always been used in herbal medicine for their properties. Thus the marc is enriched with the natural botanical scents of the vine which are sublimated by the artisanal distillation in copper still.
Intense amber color, the nose has the vegetal freshness of the tendrils well combined with hints of sweet spices, among which the coriander stands out.
On the palate the sweetness of the tannins is finished with an accent of abbot pear, with a finish of vanilla and Catalan cream.
