Description
It is aged in oak barrels, bourbon and French oak barrels on the beautiful plantation Saint-Etienne in Gros Morne, Martinique central. This process gives the rum its unique flavour creole and spicy aromas. The nose is full of candied fruit, apricot, peach, melon, followed by roasted almonds, notes of caramel, coffee and cloves. The taste is sublime and wonderfully warm envelops the palate. His gentle nature and the viscosity accentuate the flavor in the long rum.
