RUM / RON Plantation Vintage Edition Peru 2004 is a powerful and harmonious molasses rum, with intense aromas of fruit. It was created in the Chicama valley following the 2004 harvest. It is left to rest in bourbon and Slovenian oak barrels for 12 years, after this aging the rum is sent to France, where it matures for two more years in barrels of cognac. Gradation 43.5%
From the amber color, with coppery reflections, from the powerful and exotic perfume of fig, banana and nutmeg. On the palate rich and unctuous, with aromas of caramel, vanilla and ripe fruit with a long finish and notes of chocolate and toasting.
