Raw material: sugar cane.
Type of processing: aging in American white oak barrels, with Solera system.
Odor: large bouquet deriving from the rigid selection of barriques with the Solera method. Soft, harmonious smells, vanilla and traces of brandy, and ripe fruits like apple and cherry stand out.
Taste: soft, pleasant, slightly sweet. You perceive vanilla and red fruits.
