CACHACA AVUA TAPINHOA CL.70
Tapinhoã is a very rare Brazilian wood. The plant is now protected and only the lucky few who already have Tapinhoã barrels can continue to produce it. Straw yellow in color, it has a slight hint of hydrocarbons which mixes with notes of lemon, mint and brine. On the palate it recalls the sense of smell but with more marked citric and herbaceous notes.

Description
Avua is a handmade Cachaça produced by the only Brazilian woman Master Distiller. The distillery is located about 4 hours by car from Rio de Janeiro. Production is limited and in addition to the non-aged "Prata" it is renowned for the use of Amburana wood and the very rare Tapinhoã. Excellent in Daiquiri, Avua goes far beyond the usual Caipiriña!
