Made by hand, it is distilled very slowly twice in small copper stills positioned along the river fueled by wood to give those aromas that underline its versatility in cocktails. Another San Luis del Rio masterpiece, hints of fruit aromas, a hint of honey, vanilla and roasted agave; on the palate it is easy to recognize ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and mandarin, with a long and soft finish. Mezcal made with taveztate agave. From the scent of damp earth, sweet and moldy beginning followed by light smoking and fresh asparagus, lemon zest, pomegranate leave room for cloves and white pepper. Spicy chilli and citrus fruits add further complexity, lasting in the long and persistent finish. Gradation 47,3%

This Mezcal is distilled twice in discontinuous copper stills before resting and bottling. It comes in a very elegant bottle. Gradation 50.3%

This Mezcal is obtained by fermenting for 48 hours in vats of wood the pina cooked agave Espadìn. Inside the bottle is the characteristic gusano, i.e. the famous "worm". Alcohol content 38%

An aged Ejutla mezcal in Oaxaca, produced exclusively from Sanmartin agave. Salty and earthy aromas and flavors of figs, hay, wet leaves and cocoa beans, with hints of mint and tropical fruit that appear in the finish. Gradation 49.5%
