The Tequila La Hora Azul is produced exclusively with agave quality “blue” of the area of Jalisco, Mexico, cultivated with organic method, and pressed by using the volcanic rock. One of the characteristics of excellence that characterizes it, is the cooking of the piña (the central part of the agave) which, instead of steam, takes place in special ovens which allow you to better retain the aroma and freshness.
