Description
This selectively aged whiskey in sherry casks is inspired by the Chivas brothers' Aberdeen emporium located at 13 King Street, where they imported various spirits, exotic spices and luxury food from around the world. This aging gives the Chivas blend its own unique combination of characteristics and brings new and contrasting taste notes to the drink for the first time. With a sweet and rich aroma, with notes of cooked red apples, orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and sultanas. Surprisingly soft and fruity on the palate, with aromas of cooked pears that blend with those of butterscotch and caramel, all characterized by a wonderfully velvety texture with a vanilla finish.
