Attached to the distillery lies a farm, Balvenie Mains, of over 300 acres, which provides a part of the barley used. The barley is malted in the only malting floor still existing in the Highlands.
Distillation: The stills are edited by the same master coppersmith.
The barrels: The master coopers of the Balvenie continue to produce all of the barrels in which is aged single malt.
