Aged in oak barrels for at least 7 years for the Baker's it is used a particular yeast strain used by the family Beam over 60 years, this particular strain makes the flavor of the Baker's very soft and easy to drink.

From the scents of dried fruit such as hazelnut, peanut and spices, with some hints of vanilla and caramel. The palate is spicy and slightly sweet with notes of spices, vanilla, nuts and wood. The finish is sweet and of good persistence with notes of caramel, vanilla and a hint of coffee.
