A wine with a rock soul, structured and with a strong character. It has a ruby red color, with an important nose, with red plum, wild berries and a sweet spice of black pepper, cloves and cinnamon, with hints of a lightly toasted vanilla. On the palate it shows good tannins and freshness due to the balanced acidity. It is round, warm, wide, medium-bodied and never too heavy.

VINEYARDS AND AREA OF PRODUCTION: Vineyards of new and old plant located between Lazio and Tuscany at an altitude between 200 and 400 meters s.l.m. Land of volcanic origin in the areas of Lazio and alluvial origin mixed with Alberese in Tuscany.
GRAPES: Syrah - Sangiovese.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (22 ° -26 °). Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks for an average duration of 15-20 days at a controlled temperature. This is followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel containers. Aging in French oak barrels for 4-6 months followed by adequate bottle aging.
