Bayab gins are distilled from locally grown sugar cane, Maceration is made from African plants: juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, coarse salt, lemon peel, baobab and orange. It is then mixed with the purest water of the KwaZulu- Natal Midlands. Distilled in a copper Pot Still, in small quantities. Gradation 43%

The heart of Africa is in the heart of this gin thanks to the country's legendary fruit, the baobab.
