Express couriers BRT and GLS
In Italy we ship with the express couriers BRT or GLS. With BRT you can also choose BRT Fermopoint: you collect your parcel whenever you like at a BRT pick-up point near you, without having to be at home for the delivery.
Couriers almost always deliver within 24-48 hours; remote areas and islands 72-96 hours. Delivery times depend on the courier: with the tracking link you receive by email you can follow the shipment and contact the courier directly.
Shipping costs in Italy are € 10.00, excluding the major and minor islands and remote areas. Shipping is free for orders over € 300.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders received before 11:00 am are usually processed the same day; orders received after 11:00 am are processed the following day.
Orders are shipped once payment has been completed. Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Satispay, Scalapay and Bank transfer.
All shipments are insured and tracked. We do not ship on public holidays, the day before public holidays and, in some cases, on Fridays, so that goods do not sit in depots over the weekend (you can still request it explicitly when ordering or by contacting Customer Service).
Our boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.
