Kapriol Dry Gin presents itself to the nose with fresh and balsamic aromas reminiscent of mountain woods: juniper and mint with a balsamic note of mountain pine and laurel. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by soft bitter flavors of hops. Kapriol Dry gin is sugar-free and has a dry, aromatic taste on the palate. The absence of citrus fruits inside means that Kapriol Dry Gin lends itself easily to mixing. Our advice is therefore to combine this gin with sour elements such as lime and grapefruit according to your tastes, because it goes very well with all of them, obtaining a dry but not too much gin and tonic, just bitter, but very fresh and extremely thirst-quenching.
