Rhum Bologne

RUM / RON An assembly of Rhum aged 6,7,8 and 10 years. A magnificent elegance accompanied by delicacy. Initially it has aromas of candied orange and honey that evolve into notes of blood orange, sugar cane, cinnamon, cramella toffee and toasted wood. As it opens it reveals hints of ginger, saffron, apricot and orange blossom. On the palate it is tasty, greedy, complex and enveloping with important spicy notes that accompany the long finish. RUM / RON tropical age, from 3 to 6 years in French and American oak, with a great aromatic bouquet, evokes notes of fresh vanilla, lemon peel, nutmeg. It reveals an aromatic complexity with hints of vanilla, blueberry and bitter orange. Long and complex final. To be enjoyed neat or with ice Gradation 41%
