Jardim do Paraíso is the first release in the Limited Island Edition, a prestigious series that will continue over the coming years. Fans of the hand-numbered Gin Sul special edition can still look forward to the annual releases, but in smaller editions. Gin Sul Jardim do Paraíso captures all of this in an exquisite floral-spicy composition. Botanicals such as hibiscus flowers, Madeira basil, mallow flowers, oregano, bay leaves and ginger root were partly hand-picked directly on the island. The production is particularly complex: five different macerates are individually distilled and then assembled into a masterfully nuanced bouquet.Gradation 45%
