Bananas, eucalyptus, wild celery, blackberries, bamboo shoots and various aromatic herbs are used in the liquor to give it an unmistakable jungle note. RUM / RON Plantation Panama 2008 is a molasses rum from the Alcoholes Del Istmo distillery. The rums that make up this blend come from a selection of 19 barrels. The fermentation of 2-3 days was preceded by a distillation in the column, followed by 12 years of refinement in a tropical climate, in bourbon barrels. The rum was then further matured in France, in barrels that had contained Ferrand cognac. No dosage has been done on this 13-year-old rum, which means it has no added sugars. Gradation 45.7%

RUM / RON It is a dark copper-colored rum with aromas of vanilla and spices, with a slight hint of pineapple. On the palate the notes of vanilla and sugar cane are expressed for the first time in the taste, then develop nuances of spicy oak and slightly light tropical fruit. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON Piet is produced in Panama, where the production of quality rum has a long tradition, and aged in Bourbon barrels for 10 years. The best sugar cane from the province of Herrera is processed in the San Miguelito plant which, with the addition of selected yeast and specially prepared fresh water, gives the rum its characteristic fruity note.
