Paul John Classic Cask Select is a special, full-grade bottling of the finest non-peaty whiskey barrels produced by Paul John. Complex, with strong malt aromas mixed with citrus notes. On the palate it is a symphony of flavors with hints of Manuka honey, licorice and honeycomb that leave room for sweet notes of demerara in the finish Gradation 55.2%

Produced using 100% non-peaty Indian malt, it is a fascinating expression that combines the character of a single malt with the tropical coastal climate of Goa.
