Distilled from the noble wheat from the north of Germany, it combines different elements including fennel, anise, dill, cumin and 5 types of special pepper, each with unique aromas and characteristics. Everything is then left to rest for one night in aquavit barrels.
In April 2019, the three Gin Sul Doris distillers, Rafael and Stephan left for India on the trail of Vasco da Gama. The goal: to find the best spices and botanicals for a Spicy Goa Dry Gin.

Elephant Strength is Elephant Gin's idea of a "Navy Strength", based on the award-winning Elephant London Dry Gin. With its 57% alcohol content it is stronger and more intense than the original, yet preserving its soft and balanced character on the palate. Twice as many botanicals are used to make it, with a particular focus on the hole, the sweet orange peel and the mountain pine needles with their herbaceous note.
Made with ten Bavarian herbs, such as hops, fennel seeds and hay, orange and lemon peel, paired with the power of the potato, striking for its strong juniper note, floral accents and fresh citrus aromas. The slight bitterness in the finish plays with a pleasant sweetness. Very smooth, but also in combination with the tonic and as a base for cocktails and long drinks.Gradation 46%

the Elephant Gin is distilled with fourteen unique ingredients, including the 'how you feel each day' of the Baobab tree, the plant Buchu (very similar to the black currant) and artemisia african, which gives it that dry taste and floral. This gin is produced in small series of 800 bottles and is produced just outside of Hamburg with the traditional method of distillation in copper.
