Both on the nose and on the palate Tom Time Gin faithfully reflects the botanicals that compose it: rosemary and juniper are the masters with fresh and Mediterranean scents, accompanied by an intense balsamic aroma given by the other botanicals: spruce wood and cypress pine cone.
