This liqueur is obtained from the infusion in alcohol of aromatic herbs (gentian, gentianella, Roman wormwood, achillea moscata, genepì, camedrio) collected on the slopes of Monte Noveis, which rises between Valsesia and Valsessera, with the addition of cinchona infusions. , rhubarb, sweet and bitter orange, licorice, anise. It is aged for a short period in wooden barrels before being bottled. It has a pleasant and harmonious flavor; thanks to the properties of the herbs it is made of, it is certainly an excellent digestive and a thirst quencher with the addition of water. Gradation 21%
