A special edition that replicates the original Sharish recipe, replacing the Bravo de Esmolfe apple with the Rocha pear and adding bay leaf. This gin ages for 12 months in 650 liter barrels which were previously used to age Lourinhã wine brandy. For this reason, its color is slightly straw yellow and has a softness and complexity that challenge whiskey and wine spirits connoisseurs. Gradation 40%
