Sox Gin is produced in Italy thanks to the extraction with Soxhlet. An elegant Gin but with strong notes given by the combination of Soxhlet extractions of precious raw materials such as Bourbon vanilla and Tonka beans. Precious botanical raw materials finely shredded by hand and the rediscovery of an ancient tool - the Soxhlet - originally used for the extraction of natural products.
