This gin was created by some Milanese entrepreneurs and Oscar Quagliarini, the most talented barista and perfumer in Italy, Holywater Gin is a project that celebrates the deepest Italian traditions with an eye to the future that invites you to savor new taste horizons. Produced in Cortemilia in the Valverde distillery in the province of Cuneo, Holywater is a Dry Gin obtained with various botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, licorice, iris, pine extract from Lourdes and a small percentage of distilled sea water that gives flavor and an unexpected hint of incense. The gin is then bottled in an elegant bottle in the shape of a Madonna, a symbol of purity and refinement. On the nose it is savory, balsamic and slightly floral.
