Puerto de Indias Blackberry is the result of a traditional process focused on obtaining a gin in which the essence of blackberries and a careful selection of ingredients come together to complete and give shape to this unique product. The fruity note of blackberry dominates the nose, underlined by delicate hints of purple caramel on a fresh and citrus base. In the mouth after a fine and velvety entry, the complex notes of wild black fruits make their way with their soft, intense, sweet and sour nuances, culminating with the very light characteristic touch of cinnamon, with a soft, fresh and dry finish at the same time. The production of this true "meditation nectar" begins in June, when the sour cherry is harvested from a wild variety of Prunus Cerasus, a plant widespread in the hills of the Pergolese countryside, where it grows wild. These fruits, hand-picked and immediately brought to the cellar, are carefully destemmed, cleaned, and immediately infused with the previous year's local red wine (Montepulciano and Sangiovese), adding only sugar. After approximately 4-5 months of fermentation and subsequent maturation, the liqueur is ready to be separated from the solids and filtered. The result is an aromatized wine with an intense ruby ​​red color, characterized by its typical fruity bouquet with a distinct and unmistakable hint of sour cherry. Gradation 13,5 %

Another Hendrick's expresses a new side of Hendrick's gin. Hendrick's is flavored with orange blossom and cocoa. The bold character of the juniper is enhanced by the velvety, rich notes of cocoa, with citrusy hints of orange blossom leading to a smooth, sweet finish. Tequiero reposado tequila is produced in the small town of Los Altos, Mexico, in the highlands of Jalisco, by a family-run distillery. Bitter Rouge was produced by the historic Baracco winery and liqueur factory on Via Nizza in Turin from the early 1900s until the early 1960s. Roger's "Tenere Sotto Banco" is a crafted Calabrian amaro with a bold character. It's a unique and unconventional bitter-amaro, made using traditional infusion methods. The botanicals used—local citrus fruits and bittering plants grown on the family farm—are selected seasonally, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.
