This gin is produced in Jundiaì, a Brazilian city in the state of Sao Paulo, 60 km away from the city of the same name. Gin McQueen and The Violet Fog is produced in small batches using the two traditional methods of gin production. The first operation consists in macerating 15 of the highest quality herbs and spices in a traditional alembic still and then distilling everything. The second step is to put 6 additional "botanicals" in an infusion into the previously obtained gin, some of which are not used in any other gin in the world: basil, rosemary, fennel seeds, pomelo, star anise and acai, to then proceed to distillation. Cape Saint Blaize Oceanic is a woody and fruity gin with a dark color, obtained from different local botanicals such as citrus fruits, sea asparagus, rooibos, fig, plum and goji berries. On the nose it releases sweetish hints of fig and plum. The palate is soft and fruity, with notes of cherry, cassis, citrus and earthy spices. It ends in a dry and elegant finish.
