Paul John Classic Cask Select is a special, full-grade bottling of the finest non-peaty whiskey barrels produced by Paul John. Complex, with strong malt aromas mixed with citrus notes. On the palate it is a symphony of flavors with hints of Manuka honey, licorice and honeycomb that leave room for sweet notes of demerara in the finish Gradation 55.2%

As the name suggests, Paul John “Bold” is a single malt with a strong and peaty taste. The distillate is made from 100% peat Indian malt with Aberdeen peat. Aromas of Manuka honey, oriental spices and licorice blend perfectly with the smoky peat. The palate is creamy. Peat blends with spices, malt and hints of milk coffee Gradation 46%

Produced using 100% non-peaty Indian malt, it is a fascinating expression that combines the character of a single malt with the tropical coastal climate of Goa. The nose has intriguing notes of honey, vanilla, dried fruit and caramel. On the palate it is full, pleasantly fruity and with good persistence. Excellent smooth or mixed Gradation 40%
