Portobello Road Gin

This Old Tom Gin pays homage to what we think gin would have been like before its transformation took place. We take a potted distilled wheat spirit and redistill it with juniper, coriander seeds and licorice root, before adding some sugar and then aging in a very old sherry barrel. It perfectly balances the juniper punch with the persistent sweetness of the barrel aging process. Gradation 47.4%

Celebrated Butter Gin is a unique experience overall, from the scent to the persistent finish on the palate. Portobello Road Gin is used as a base and redistilled with 10 blocks of unsalted English butter. The butter gives the gin a creamy feel in the mouth and just a touch of sweet and salty. Gradation 42%

This is a handcrafted gin produced in Notting Hill, with aromas of white pepper, juniper and nutmeg and a smooth and very balanced taste.Alcohol 42%
