Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon is a gin born from the encounter between the classic Gordon’s and natural Sicilian lemons. With a clear scent of lemon and citron peel. Fresh and citrusy on the palate.Alcohol content 37.5%

Strong notes of juniper and pine with bright citrus and lingering spice intertwined with green and herbaceous fynbos, all beautifully balanced. On the palate silky with pine and juniper. Spicy sweetness of the grains of paradise and citrus fruits with notes of cardamom and touches of coriander. Bright and composed, with a floral presence of fynbos. Spicy finish with a wonderful balance of earthy fynbos and a blend of juniper and citrus. Gradation 43%

This Old Tom Gin pays homage to what we think gin would have been like before its transformation took place. We take a potted distilled wheat spirit and redistill it with juniper, coriander seeds and licorice root, before adding some sugar and then aging in a very old sherry barrel. It perfectly balances the juniper punch with the persistent sweetness of the barrel aging process. Gradation 47.4%
