Initially the Rum aged 15 years is filtered over charcoal to regain total transparency, as when it left the alembic, with the aromas of the aging process naturally preserved, then the rum is aged for another 3 years in red wine barrels Spanish Tempranillo (an early ripening red grape variety). This last phase allows it to acquire fruity notes, a beautiful rosé color and extreme roundness. Gradation 40%
