The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. During one of his many adventures, PJ Rigney visited the sunny west coast of the United States. He visited the San Francisco bay area, where he was struck by the delicious California orange citrus found there. He quickly realized that these would marry perfectly with the exotic citrus existing in the classic Drumshanbo gin, giving a bright and colorful explosion of fresh California citrus and creating an entirely new gin. Hatozaki pure malt Whiskey is produced from the assembly of malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). Aging in Mizunara gives the distillate notes of sandalwood and incense. The nose is rich with notes of dried fruit, sweet cereals, honey, incense and sandalwood. Alcohol: 46%
