GIN CANDEGIN CL.50

CandeGIN is a London Dry Gin without artificial flavours or sugar. The distillation takes place in a small copper still equipped with a gin basket, which allows for optimal extraction of the aromas. The most robust botanicals are immersed in the boiler, while the most delicate are placed in the basket to ensure a more refined aromatic profile. The slow and meticulous distillation lasts no less than six hours. The distillate is then gradually diluted with osmotic water until the ideal bottling grade.

Description

VISUAL ANALYSIS:
Crystalline and brilliant, CandeGIN stands out for its clarity and fluidity, a sign of a refined and well-structured gin.
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS:
On the nose, it stands out for a harmonious and enveloping bouquet. The first notes to emerge are the fruity ones of the apple followed by the floral delicacy of the iris and the freshness of the coriander.
TASTE ANALYSIS:
The tasting confirms the complexity and balance between sweetness and intensity of CandeGIN. The soft opening of the apple and prickly pear combines with the citrus freshness of the yuzu and the lightness of the green tea. Subsequently, the more intense notes emerge: the licorice adds depth, while the Sichuan pepper explodes in the finish with a spicy and persistent touch. The result is a dynamic sensory experience, which evolves between contrasts and harmonies.
