The elegant aroma of the hops, which recalls traditional IPAs (India Pale Ale), cradles drinking straight and is enhanced when mixed, giving a pleasantly dry finish.

Dhea was born from the mind of Alessandro Ruda, not only as a corporate project, but above all as a personal challenge. Alessandro, born in Olbia, is known in the city as a freelancer in a completely different sector. His passion for the world of brewing led him to attend courses and train as a homebrewer, until he joined the Fermento Sardo association. Belonging to this new world, very distant from that of a surveyor, allows him to get to know Spirits Boutique and Emilio Rocchino, with whom he forms a strong bond. It is precisely to him that Alessandro confides that he wants to produce a Gin that has hops as the main botanical. Emilio is enthusiastic about this project and suggests he choose some hops to test. This is how a collaboration was born one summer evening that led Dhea to become more than a dream, more than a simple project. Now taste it too.
The DHEA hope dry gin project was born in Olbia, from Alessandro Ruda's passion for gin and homebrewing, and above all from the ambitious idea of combining them in a single product. Dhea is a distilled gin that combines Sardinian botanicals of common and cuddly juniper, pompìa - a rare citrus fruit endemic to Siniscola and the entire Barony - with the particularity of New Zealand hops. Dhea's secret is contained within its name, a brassicolo acronym which means Dry Hopping in Alcoholic Extraction. The label, hand-drawn by a young artist from Olbia, is inspired by an enchanting shot by Andrea Ganu, which immortalizes in its majesty a fascinating and solitary juniper from the Supramonte of Oliena, renamed "The Lady of Monte Corrasi", to which the wind and time have given distinctly feminine features. On the label, the vigor of the "Lady", symbol of audacity and eternity, is associated with the hops that she carries in her hair, like an ancient divinity inebriated by the breath of the island of Sardinia.
