RUM / RON An old rum from a legendary and now closed distillery in Trinidad, only slightly tamed by a 70 month finish in ex-whisky casks matured in sherry. The tannic intensity is enriched by a further level of richness, but remains extreme. On the nose we find powerful esters, bergamot, cola, but also the aromatic notes of anise and liquorice, and obviously the inevitable dark and deeply woody character. The influence of the finish is more evident on the palate: it starts succulent, rich, almost velvety, with a character of sultanas and orange marmalade. It begins to grow relentlessly towards the typical notes of liquorice root and gentian, black coffee and cloves, and towards a very warm and tannic finish. Enormously complex and with a long evolution in the glass. Gradation 59%

RUM / RON This extraordinary vintage was introduced to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Maison Ferrand. A blend of 12 - 20 year old fine rums, all originating in Barbados, this is a wonderful reflection of the island itself. Gradation 40%

Rum / Ron Zacapa La Doma Heavenly Cask Collection La Armonia is an exclusive and luxurious rum from Guatemala. This rum is a refinement of the well-known Ron Zacapa 23, which is matured in a special solera system on different types of barrels. The Doma is the first of four limited editions released each year under the Heavenly Cask name. RUM / RON derives from a blend of rums aged between 6 and 23 years, coming from the aging process "Solera System", is aged in selected barrels that have previously aged robust American whiskey, delicate sherries and excellent Pedro Ximénez wines, creating a soft and balanced rum. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON Depaz Port Cask Finish is aged for at least eight years in specially selected small oak barrels; subsequently it is aged for eleven months in barrels that have previously contained port, which give it rich aromas of fig and red fruits. Gradation 45%

Wonderfully balanced and fragrant RUM / RON is fully matured in ex-Rye American Whiskey barrels, lending a further seductive intensity to its flavor. Distinct, with a spicy and peppery flavor, combined with a sweet and velvety complexity, it shows a completely different side of Don Papa. Gradation 45%

RUM / RON which is based on our masterblender's masterpiece, Non Plus Ultra, creates even more magic with further aging in special burnt barrels. This is achieved by burning the inside of aged oak barrels, which allows, for the first time, the new wood to come into direct contact with these precious drops. Mahogany color with aromas of peach and milk chocolate, butter caramel, followed by slightly burnt spices. On the palate milk chocolate with hints of almond and orange, very rich and creamy, towards the end with a hint of tannin, like from a cup of tea. Gradation 42%

RUM / RON An assembly of Rhum aged 6,7,8 and 10 years. A magnificent elegance accompanied by delicacy. Initially it has aromas of candied orange and honey that evolve into notes of blood orange, sugar cane, cinnamon, cramella toffee and toasted wood. As it opens it reveals hints of ginger, saffron, apricot and orange blossom. On the palate it is tasty, greedy, complex and enveloping with important spicy notes that accompany the long finish. RUM / RON tropical age, an assembly of rum aged 4,5,6 and 8 years in ex-cognac barrels. Fantastic tasting rum. The nose is intense with a vanilla and delicately smoked note, which evolves towards cinnamon and cocoa. As it opens, aromas of sugar cane, sweet spices and candied fruit emerge with the classic iodized note of Bologne rum. On the palate it is rich with hints of dried fruit, caramelized fig, plum, black chocolate and toffee. To be enjoyed neat or with ice Gradation 42%

RUM / RON Aged from 4 to 8 years, tropical age, refined and complex. The nose begins with hints of caramelized fruit that evolves towards citrus fruits (blood orange), sugar cane, cocoa, toasted oak and ends on the classic iodized taste of Rhum Bologne. The palate is intense and balanced with great softness. VSOP is a great tasting rum, to be served preferably straight. Gradation 42%

RUM / RON tropical age, from 3 to 6 years in French and American oak, with a great aromatic bouquet, evokes notes of fresh vanilla, lemon peel, nutmeg. RUM / RON aged in French oak barrels between 18 and 24 months followed by 6 months in ex-cognac barrels, reveals a great harmony of aromas: from the cake to the candied lemon cherries, completes a touch of cinnamon.
