Initially the Rum aged 15 years is filtered over charcoal to regain total transparency, as when it left the alembic, with the aromas of the aging process naturally preserved, then the rum is aged for another 3 years in red wine barrels Spanish Tempranillo (an early ripening red grape variety). RUM / RON Using only pure Jamaican molasses, the rum is obtained by continuous distillation and alembic and aged in white oak barrels. The rum is then carefully blended creating a savory color, aroma and taste. From the notes of coriander molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut and toffee with a thin layer of ripe pineapple, on the palate hints of butter followed by sweet cane sugar, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisins and fig. The finish has a dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smoky oak notes. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON Nation Demerara Solera N ° 14 is born from sugar cane molasses in British Guyana, as a skilful blend of various vintages from stills (to give it a full-bodied richness) and column stills (for a lighter drinkability backbone Crisp). The main aging is in ex Bourbon American oak barrels for a creamy sweetness, then a period of 12 months in fresh sherry butts (Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso) enhances its spicy character. A small percentage of very old Enmore rum is finally added to the blend for further complexity and "dark" character. Gradation 40%
