It is a lively whiskey, full of citrus and fruity notes on the nose: the sherry does not immediately translate into a vinous character, but amplifies oranges, apples and pears to the maximum. The citrus and slightly tart touch is accompanied on the palate by a generous helping of sultanas and chestnut honey, achieving a great balance between dryness and a sweeter and creamier side.
