Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin uses some of the rarest and most intriguing citrus in the world. A naturally distilled and masterfully blended spirit, subtly sweet and seductively blending with delicate spicy notes for a refreshing, distinctive and wonderfully aromatic gin. Gradation 43%

This gin is entirely hand-produced in our distillery, using an exclusive copper still and 100% organic alcohol of the highest quality, according to the London Dry technique. A limited edition that celebrates the undisputed protagonist of all gins: juniper. Only three varieties of juniper berries, hand-picked in our three valleys, are masterfully distilled to extract all the nuances that each berry can offer. The result is a balsamic, herbaceous gin with citrus notes.Gradation 47%

This is the strawberry gin that inspired a whole new category. It is the only pink gin made with fresh distilled strawberries. Because, true to our Sevillian roots, we dare to be different.Gradation 37.5%

J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Poetic and wonderfully balanced by its progressive infusion method, Jardin d'Été is a new olfactory journey. This aromatic gin is composed of 22 botanicals, the main ones being juniper berries, orange peel, whole lemons, yuzu peel and Charentais melon. Gradation 41.5%

The distillery began as a producer of non-alcoholic gins, Brunswick Aces Spades Gin was the second gin produced in the alcoholic version with a more contemporary flavor profile. The gin is warm and rich on the palate. Spicy notes of cassia bark, star anise and ginger, it is perfectly balanced by tangy citrus, juniper and native Australian wattle seeds. La Most, the grape brandy, was founded in 1985 in the Tosolini distillery by the crushing of fine grapes still fresh from harvest. The grapes, with their fragrant and sugary pulp are transformed into must, distilled according to the "Tosolini Method" with traditional steaming Charante stills. From the aromatic bouquet with hints of flowers, Most Traminer originates from the vine of the same name. From the unmistakable upside-down goblet bottle, this masterpiece bears the signature of its creator, Bepi Tosolini, master distiller in Udine.Gradation 40%
