Gargano Dry Gin is a naturally produced Apulian artisan London dry gin, thanks to the use of botanicals that are mostly hand-picked in the Vico del Gargano area and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and aromatiere Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, laurel and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once once the recipe has been assembled with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation. The result will be a fresh and fragrant gin with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the botanicals combine to give it a strong and decisive character. Gradation 41%

This gin is an explosion of aromas of juniper, wild flowers and green grass. On the palate it is spicy (coriander) and balsamic (juniper and helichrysum), with a savory finish and hints of angelica with an almost very long aftertaste due to the aging in amphora. Gradation 57%
